No matter the issue, your therapist will help you set the goals you want to achieve for differentness, and support you in living and being the wholehearted and genuine You.
Counseling for children and teens is provided in a safe and confidential environment. We work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to address whatever concerns are present, while also creating a trusting relationship with the child/teen.
In Couples therapy, two people work jointly with a relationally-trained therapist to develop ways to strengthen and improve their connection and bond. We offer counseling services to couples with issues from challenges in communication to recovering from infidelity. Relationships can be rewarding and supportive as well as complex and challenging endeavors. Our highly trained clinicians can help you find your path to connection and growth through counseling, and uncover the secure and vital support within your relationship or marriage.
Personal Growth Workshops are a great way to learn new skills and connect with others. I offer a variety of workshops both online and in person on Improv for Anxiety to Self Compassion and Mindful Parenting.

Telehealth is a great way to connect with a therapist if you are unable to get into their office. With technology we can offer secure, confidential sessions without you making the trip to the therapists office. Telehealth sessions are available for couples, individuals and teens at this time.
